Fukushima

A succession of devastating events, first the earthquake, then the tsunami and finally the disaster of the Fukushima nuclear power plant during 2011, left an emotional baggage that was shaping this artwork. An artwork that wants to be a small tribute and solidarity from the distance with those who suffered it.

The mixture of porcelain with scrap paper combines the hardness and nobility of the Japanese people, with the fragility of their environment, of ours, the Earth.
